misleading. We will not take your money, make promises that we can’t keep and then sit back
and let others do the work without daily supervision. To us, the term “builder” means that we
are a totally “hands on” operation – we will oversee every detail of the job and be with you
every step of the way every day, to make this – probably the most important purchase of your
life – a pleasant and stress free experience.
We can work with your plans or we will work with you to design a home that will not only fulfill
your every desire now, but that will consider your every need later on – in other words, a home
that will grow with you. Our 32 years of building experience – from entire co-op building
conversions to Manhattan penthouse suites, from Southhampton beach houses to luxury homes
on the prestigious North Shore of Long Island – gives us the expertise to design homes that are
not only beautiful to look at, but wonderful to live in as well.
We will gladly work with your architect or you’re invited to browse through our more than
10,000 house plans that we will be happy to customize for you through our Computer Aided
Design service. Our houses follow Universal Design and Accessibility guidelines as both
standard features and specialized packages. Features such as reinforced walls behind all tub
and shower enclosures ( for present and future installation of grab bars and seating ) are
standard as well as raised electrical outlets for ease of operation. We’ll guide you through
planning your dream kitchen and bath while pointing out what pitfalls your decisions may carry
– we will not let you make uninformed choices you may regret later! We can even help you plan
fully automated homes, from computer and phone systems to audio/media rooms and security
needs.
As a Posillico “family” member, you will have round the clock access to progress reports and
answers to any questions you may have through our pager and mobile phone systems. Our
absentee clients need not worry that they are missing out on the action: we will send you E-
mail photo updates as your home reaches each of its milestones; from “bare bones” excavation
to framing, to the first brick set into place – you won’t miss a thing!
Finally, at Posillico Contracting Inc., we will only give you deadlines we can meet and promises
we can keep. We use only the highest quality products and materials in the construction of our
homes and back them up with our full one year guarantee.
All appliance warranties are by the individual manufacturer. Remember, we’ll never be too far
away to hold to our word – after all, we’re neighbors.
